Who we are
Where's My Crown? ("the app") is a maze game for young children made by Nutrx Labs ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@nutrx-labs.com.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it contains no third-party code that collects data. We never see who plays it, how they play or where they are.
What the app keeps on your device
To remember where your child got to, the app saves a few things on the device itself. They are never sent to us or anyone else:
- which mazes are open, and the stars earned in each;
- dress-up choices (dress and hair colours, and whether the little sister comes along);
- the Sound and Read aloud settings from the grown-ups' area;
- the day the free unicorn was last used (without the Royal Pass, the unicorn comes along once a day).
Deleting the app deletes all of this. Reset maze progress in the grown-ups' area clears the mazes and stars.
Purchases
The Royal Pass is a one-time in-app purchase made through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment and your Apple Account; we never see your name, payment card or any other personal information. The app doesn't keep its own record of the purchase: it asks Apple, on the device, whether the pass is owned, so it can unlock the helpers. Purchases sit behind a grown-up question so children can't buy by accident. Apple'sprivacy policy covers the purchase itself.
Advertising
The app contains no advertising of any kind.
Read aloud and permissions
The voice that reads messages aloud is recorded audio built into the app. The app doesn't use the microphone, camera, location, contacts or photos, and doesn't send notifications. Nothing your child says or does is recorded.
Children's privacy
The app is made for children of about 3 to 6 and is listed in the App Store's Kids Category. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR's rules for children. The app has no chat, sharing or social features. Everything meant for grown-ups (the settings, the Royal Pass and the link to this page) sits behind a parental gate, and the child's side of the game never shows a price, a store or a link out of the app. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
If you email us
If you write to us for support, we use your email address and message only to answer you. We delete support emails within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party requests: its fonts and pictures are served from the site itself. It's hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security, under GitHub's privacy statement.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Because the app doesn't collect personal information, the only information we might hold is a support email you sent us. Write to support@nutrx-labs.com and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top before the change takes effect. If a change would mean collecting any personal information from children, we would ask for a parent's permission first, as the law requires.
